First, the planting method of Lycium barbarum
Lycium barbarum can be planted by drilling or hole sowing, and the soil is thawed in spring and sown in the middle and late March. Sowing depth is 1 cm ~ 3 cm. Lycium barbarum is easy to be eaten by livestock and uprooted at seedling stage, and grazing must be prohibited after sowing. Seedlings can be transplanted all year round, but spring and autumn are the best.
Second, Lycium barbarum planting management
The planting density of barren land is generally 1.5m× 3m, and that of flat fertile land is 2m× 3m.
1, soil and water and fertilizer management
Deep tillage can loosen the soil and keep the deep soil well ventilated. Lycium barbarum planted for 2 ~ 5 years is the initial stage of fruiting. Deep ploughing can cut off the main roots of Lycium barbarum and is beneficial to the germination of new branches. Fertilization is guaranteed twice a year, with base fertilizer applied from defoliation stage to germination stage and topdressing at flowering and fruit setting stage.
2, plastic, pruning
Lycium barbarum has entered the full fruit stage since the fifth year, so it must be finalized before the fourth year of planting. Cut all branches short in the first year, leaving 4 ~ 5 well-developed buds on each branch. From the second year to the third year, the lateral branches and extension branches will be thinned and cut short, so that the branches will develop healthily, densely and evenly, with good ventilation and light transmission.
3. Growth period management
(1) Dilute the leaves by 300-500 times with plant nutrient solution at the leaf spreading stage, spray the leaves once and water them once.
(2) Spraying plant nutrient solution for 300-500 times, spraying the leaves once and watering once before fruit setting in flowering period.
