The gastric nematode of marine animals, also known as anisole, is a parasite belonging to nematodes. The whole body is white, and one end is slightly dull. Its life cycle is completed by fish and mammals in the ocean. Although it can't be done by human maturity, eating fish with larvae and undercooked fish by mistake will infect users, and patients will have severe abdominal pain or allergic reaction.
Belonging families and genera
It belongs to the family Heterocephalidae of Siniperca. There are five main species that can cause human anisakis: anisakis, seal nematodes, drill nematodes, blind cyst nematodes and horseshoe crab nematodes.
