Steps
1. Wash out the marinated tendon yourself.
2. Cut the water gluten into small pieces, spread it thin and start wrapping the meat in it like a meat bun.
3. Put the right amount of seasoned ground pork.
4. Wrap the meat in the center, the skin of the gluten, gathered around to the center.
5. Wrap the gluten into a ball.
6. Bring the water to a boil and place the wrapped gluten directly into the pot.
7. Cook all the gluten in the pot, and put the soaked black fungus into it.
8. When the gluten floats, add the chopped tomatoes.
9. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar to taste.
10. Cook on high heat for about 5 minutes, then add a little monosodium glutamate (MSG) and season to taste.
Tips
When the water gluten is cooked until it floats, it is half ripe, then put the tomatoes in. Do not put the tomatoes in advance, otherwise, the tomatoes should be ripe, easy to cook.
