Attached is lotus root sparerib soup:
Ingredients: ribs (washed after boiling water), lotus root slices, sea knots, onion slices, ginger slices and medlar.
Accessories:
Cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Production steps:
1, 4-5 Boil the rice bowl water, add the lotus root and cook for 30 minutes;
