On the eve of the Opium War, the righteous Huang Feihong joins forces with a militia group to assist the minister of the imperial court, Lin Zexu, to investigate the banning of opium in Guangzhou; countless tobacco shops are sealed off, and the Chinese and foreign tobacco merchants appeal to the twelve bei le. In order to protect the interests of the royal family, Beile decided to go to Guangzhou to deal with Wong Fei-hung in person, a setback to Lin Zexu's momentum. Dai Yi De, the girlfriend of the martial arts hero Su Kil, has just returned from abroad when she encounters the Fire Lotus Sect. Dai Yi De advises people not to be superstitious, but is resisted. So Kil, who happens to be in the area, is so stubborn that he destroys the Tai Ping Drums with a giant cannonball, but he accidentally injures an innocent man. Wong Fei Hung finds So Kil and argues with him. Although So knows that he is not justified, he is not satisfied with Wong's attitude and they clash. The two of them clashed, which was seen by Beile, who was visiting So Kil, so he deliberately arranged all kinds of misunderstandings between Wong and So in an attempt to take advantage of So Kil to deal with Wong Fei Hung. Su Ren longs for his son Su Kil to have a family as soon as possible, so he arranges a blind date. Unexpectedly, Su Ren's sister-in-law, Siu Nga Chun, who has always been secretly in love with Su Ren, misunderstands that Su Ren wants to pursue Dai Yi Tak. In order to take revenge, she leads a group of people to sabotage the women's meeting organized by Dai Yi De. Luckily, Su Ren and Su Kil arrived in time to clear up the misunderstanding. Beile wants to use the publication edited by Dai to publicize the benefits of the opium state-run, but Dai refuses to do so. At the same time, Dai Yide discovers Beile's collusion with foreigners in the opium trade. Fearing the revelation of his evil deeds, Beile sends his men to assassinate Dai. Su Kil rescued Dai, but was himself captured by Beile. Beiler set up an opium trap to make Su Kil addicted to the drug; he also took advantage of Su Kil's confusion to create a false impression that Lin Zexu and Huang Feihong had insulted Dai Yi De. At the instigation of Beile, Su Beil wanted to assassinate Lord Lin, but was stopped by Huang Feihong. Su was furious and fought with Huang. At this very moment, Yi De appears and explains everything, and Su Beil regrets it. Beggar So starts to recover from drug addiction with the assistance of his master and the Beggar's Association. When Beiler wants to kill Su to silence him, Dai Yi De risks his life to save Su Beggar, but his master is poisoned to save him. Soon after, Lin Zexu was dismissed from office. Beile is emboldened to import opium in large quantities. Wong Fei-hung leads a militia group to sabotage it, and Pei Le and Wong Fei-hung engage in a vicious fight. Wong is injured in an assassination attempt. At the critical moment, Su Kil arrived and subdued the twelve Pele.
