5 slices of ginger, 2 slices of star anise and 2 slices of dried pepper.
Exercise:
1, wash garlic moss, remove head and tail, and cut into sections; Slice pork belly; Prepare ginger slices, 2 star anises and 2 dried peppers;
2, hot pot burning oil, add pork belly and start frying; Deep-fry pork until brown, pour in proper amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly;
3. Add ginger slices, star anise and dried chilli and stir-fry until they are all colored;
4. Add garlic moss and start to stir fry; Tender garlic moss is easy to fry, and old garlic moss should be boiled in water; Don't cover the pot;
5. Stir-fry until 90% mature, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and continue to stir fry.
