The recipe for Teppanyaki Noodles is as follows:
Tools/Materials: Hunan rice noodles, eggs, red peppers, cabbage leaves, diced scallops, green beans, spring onions, coriander, knife, cooking wine , white pepper.
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Chop peppers, green onions and coriander and set aside.
3. Cut the cabbage into approximately 1cm strips and set aside.
4. Add a small spoonful of cooking wine and white pepper to the diced scallops and marinate them.
5. Heat the oil and beat in the eggs, stir-fry a little until they are 7-8 minutes cooked. Add the raw green beans and stir-fry first, because it is relatively difficult to cook.
