Hot and sour crispy lotus root
Ingredients: one lotus root, one spoonful of Laoganma lobster sauce or oil pepper, two spoonfuls of aged vinegar, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of sugar, one third of salt, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, three dried red peppers and half a spoonful of pepper.
Exercise:

Exercise:
