Practice:
1, shrimp washed and shelled (without shelling)
2, straw mushroom pedicled and washed, cut in half.
3, ginger pat loose, citronella pat loose cut into sections, coriander washed.

What is the so-called "Zhou Da" in Zhou Da Yu Tang is actually the transliteration of "Chaudree" in French.
