Wolfberry is the mature fruit of Lycium barbarum, a plant in the Solanaceae family. In ancient times, wolfberry was known as wolfberry, bitter wolfberry, Tianjing, Digu, Dipu, Dixian, Queshu, Yangru, Immortal Staff, and the Queen Mother’s Staff. Its prescription names are wolfberry, wolfberry, and sweet wolfberry.

Recipe and usage
(1) Wolfberry wine: 100 grams of wolfberry, mash, place in a clean glass bottle, and soak with 500 grams of white wine. Seal and drink after 7 days. When drinking wolfberry wine, eat cooked pork liver slices, 1 to 2 cups of wine each time, and 100 to 150 grams of pork liver.
