Mix the seasonings well. Spread it evenly on the ingredients, and apply it on both sides. The more the better, the easier it is to taste.

Step 2: Pour the warm milk into the egg mixture, and mix well with the egg (if the warm milk is cold and not hot to the touch, it can be poured into the egg mixture). If you want to make the egg tart taste more delicate, you can filter it after mixing well.
