Most of the sturgeons sold in the market are Acipenser schrenckii and hybrid sturgeons. The sturgeon ACIPENSER schrenckii in artificial culture is mature at the age of 8 for females and 7 for males, and at the age of 9-13 for females and 7-9 for males in wild environment. The suitable water temperature for survival and spawning of ACIPENSER schrenckii is about 21℃ and 17℃. By the end of the 2th century, ACIPENSER schrenckii has become the most important sturgeon breeding species in China, accounting for more than half of the total sturgeon production.
1. What species of sturgeon are sold in the market
1. At present, most of the sturgeons sold in the market are Acipenser schrenckii and hybrid sturgeon.
2. ACIPENSER schrenckii is a special product and an important economic fish in Heilongjiang Province. Under artificial culture conditions, the female fish matures at the age of 8 and the male fish matures at the age of 7; In the wild environment, females mature at 9-13 years old and males mature at 7-9 years old. The suitable survival water temperature is about 21℃, and the suitable spawning water temperature is 17℃. At the end of the 2th century, ACIPENSER schrenckii has become the most important sturgeon breeding species in China, accounting for more than half of the total sturgeon production.
3. Hybrid Amur sturgeon in Heilongjiang is generally the hybrid offspring of ACIPENSER schrenckii and ACIPENSER schrenckii, which has certain advantages in adaptability, disease resistance, growth speed and domestication of compound feed. Taking the No.1 sturgeon as an example (compared with the ACIPENSER schrenckii), the growth rate of the 1st-year-old fish can be increased by more than 19.1%, the growth rate of the 4th-year-old fish can be increased by 9.3%, and the gonad index of the 7th-year-old fish is 15.13, which is 2.44 higher than that of ACIPENSER schrenckii and 3.93 higher than that of the Bighead.
2. How to raise freshwater sturgeon
1. Cultivate fry
(1) For splash fish without openings, the water temperature is controlled at 18-2℃, the water depth is .6m, and the dissolved oxygen is not less than 6mg/L. The rotifer and cladocera are fed with open bait. After 2 days, feed chopped water worms and chopped fish and shrimp instead. At the beginning, feed it 1-12 times a day, and after 7 days, feed it 8 times a day.
(2) When the fry grow to about 8-1cm, the artificial compound feed is switched, and the water temperature is controlled at 18-2℃ and the water depth is controlled at .8-1m.
2. Adult fish culture
(1) Cement pond culture (flowing water culture)
The water depth is about 1.5-2m, and the stocking density is 5 fish/m3 (kept in different ponds as the fish grow up), each fish is 15cm long and weighs 15g. The feeding frequency is 4-6 times a day, and the feeding amount is 3% of the fish weight, and then it is gradually reduced to 1%.
(2) Fish with a length of
3cm and a weight of more than 1g are cultured in ponds, and the stocking density is 2, fish per mu. Later, as the fish grow up, they are kept in separate ponds, and the density is controlled at 5 fish per mu.
