Food preparation

After returning home, treat it according to the needs of each meal, such as cutting it into shredded pork, sliced meat, minced meat, etc., then packaging it with fresh-keeping bags or boxes, and freezing it in the freezer. Eggs are bought 20 at a time and stored in a fresh-keeping egg box in the refrigerator. In addition, there are reserves of ham, bacon and sausages.
2. Vegetarian dishes: generally, they are purchased once every three days, while those with condiments are purchased once a week. Ginger, garlic and onion can basically be put for a week. Others, such as cabbage, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, green peppers, etc., can be kept in fresh-keeping bags for 3-5 days.
Simple and time-saving dinner practices
1, staple food: The staple food in my family is rice. Generally, when I get home, the first thing I do is to wash rice and cook it in the rice cooker. This time is basically 30 minutes. When the rice is cooked, the dishes can be prepared.
2, my family's menu is generally home cooking, usually a string of vegetables, a vegetarian dish, a soup. For example, stir-fried pork with green pepper, shredded pork with fish flavor, cabbage in oyster sauce, vegetable-fried rape, sauerkraut and potato soup, laver and egg soup and so on. In this way, the taste and nutrition can be well satisfied.
3. Take out the meat to be cooked in the refrigerator. Soak in a pot with a little water to speed up thawing.
4, boil water in the pot, ready to make soup first. If it is a simple vegetable soup, you can make it now. If it's complicated, I usually stew the lamp with electricity, put away the ingredients before going out in the morning, make an appointment regularly, and stew it when I get home. You can serve the table first and let your family have soup first. I'll cook again.
5, cleaning and processing materials, after processing, you can cook soup, or fry in the pot.
6. After the vegetarian dishes are fried, the meat is basically thawed, so you can fry the second dish.
7. After frying, the meal is ready. At this time, you can put the dishes on the table and prepare for dinner.

There are many home-cooked dishes that can be matched. You can choose according to your own taste. I usually have a light one with a strong taste, which makes it easier to eat. If you have more time on weekends, you can cook more dishes, or you can cook some dishes with complicated steps and long time.
