Three simple methods

Fried ham balls. Cut Xuanwei ham into small pieces and add salted batter, rice and egg white. Fry in the pan.

Features: bright color, tender and delicious.
Ingredients: 500g cabbage heart, 25g steamed magnolia slices, 75g cooked ham. 5 grams of refined salt, 3 grams of MSG, 2 grams of sugar, 4 grams of cooking wine, 25 grams of water starch, 250 grams of stock, 500 grams of vegetable oil (actual consumption: 100 grams).
Production process:
Wash the cabbage hearts, drain the water, and cut them into 6 cm long strips. Cut the ham into 4.5cm and 1.5cm wide slices. Cut the magnolia slices into slices.
Put the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it to 60% heat. Add the cabbage hearts and fry them briefly. Take them out and control the oil.
