Ingredients: 80g red dates, 40g brown sugar, low-gluten flour 100g, 40g corn oil, 4 eggs and 60g milk.
Specific practices
1. Wash the red dates, boil them in water for 5 minutes, then shell them, cut them in half, and put them into a food supplement machine to break them.
2. Pour the milk, chopped red dates and brown sugar into the complementary food pot, and heat it with low fire to make thick red dates.
3. Pour into a bowl and cool slightly, then beat in 4 eggs.
4. Send at high speed all the way until the batter is fluffy and has obvious lines.
5. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well, then pour in corn oil and mix well gently.
6. Squeeze into the paper cup for seven or eight minutes and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 140℃ for 40 minutes.
