method/step
1. Dice 1g lamb, 2g green pepper, 2g red pepper and 3g onion.
2. cut 8 grams of onion, 5 grams of garlic, 5 grams of ginger and 1 grams of coriander.
3. Take the pot and put it in clear water. Blanch the diced lamb in the pot until it is cooked, and put it on a plate for later use.
4. put oil in another pan, heat it, add 8g of dried chili, 5g of garlic slices, ginger slices, scallions and pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant. 5. Put the cooked diced lamb into the pot, and add 4 grams of salt, 5 grams of pepper, 5 grams of chicken essence and 3 grams of thirteen spices.

Precautions
