Parasites in raw seafood:
1, marine fish: There is a kind of nematode, 2 cm long and as thick as a pin.
2. Some fish are wrapped in a film on their insides, which is not dangerous to wash. Some kinds of fish (big ones) are not easy to find in the fish, especially in the belly. If eaten raw, bugs will drill everywhere and cause stomachache. It's called anisakis, and it's easy to get raw fish if you eat Japanese food.
3, oysters can get an intestinal trematode, small, causing symptoms such as diarrhea.
4. Oncomelania fusca, Ampullaria gigas and slugs, in addition to Oncomelania rugosa, Oncomelania breviscapa, Oncomelania China and Oncomelania quadrata. The relay hosts are black-eyed toad, tiger frog, golden frog, snail, fish, shrimp and crab.
5. Microsporidia can be parasitic in the muscles of shrimp, cod and eel. Microsporidia is a kind of tiny insect that lives in cells. Insects are generally parasitic in skin, gill, intestine, kidney, gonad, liver, spleen and bladder. It develops and reproduces in parasitic parts, and at the same time causes tissue damage, resulting in decreased or even loss of function.
6. The body of Anisodes is long spindle-shaped, with a white body and a slightly dull end. There are three layers on the body surface, and the muscle layer on the body wall is thicker. The third stage larvae of Anisodes parasitize many marine fish. At present, it has been proved that snails, freshwater fish and shrimp and deep-sea fish all carry different parasites.
7. Paralytic shellfish toxin: It mainly exists in bivalves, and it is one of the most toxic low-molecular poisons, and even a very small amount may cause death.
