Ingredients: squid whiskers, Chili noodles, cumin powder and white sesame seeds.
Practice:
1. Squid must be cut into sections, boiled in cold water, fished out after boiling, washed and controlled. (You don't need to cook it, you can fish it out half-cooked.)
1. Seasoning: two spoonfuls of Chili noodles+half a spoonful of cumin powder+one spoonful of cumin granules+one spoonful of white sesame seeds for later use.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant. When the squid is poured, stir-fry until slightly discolored. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and a little sugar and continue to stir-fry.
4. Pour in the prepared condiments, stir well and serve.
Note: Squid should be easy to cook, and should not be fried for too long, otherwise the taste will get old.
