Boiling sugar:
Put some water and sugar in a milk pot (or a soup pot with an induction cooker, which is used to cook hot pot) where milk is boiled, stir constantly with medium and small fire until the sugar juice turns burnt red, then add some hot water to stir and cease fire, and put it in a bowl for later use;

Boiled milk:
Pour the milk into the pot, add some sugar, stir and heat (no need to boil).

Pour the blended milk and eggs into a bowl with caramel (don't worry about the mixing of caramel and pudding water, because caramel has solidified).

The practice of steaming:
Put the bowl in a pot (pour water into the soup pot, put a tripod and steam the bowl on it) and steam it in water. The bowl should be sealed with plastic wrap. Steam the pudding until it solidifies, cool it, cover the bowl with Fluttershy, and then buckle it out.
If you have a microwave oven, bake it over low heat (the pudding steamed at too high a temperature will have a honeycomb shape).
Note: the steamed pudding looks better, because the temperature of the microwave oven is not well controlled. The steamed pudding should be rotated with a toothpick, so that the pudding is easy to fall off and its shape is more perfect.
In fact, lz should be simple, and it will be easier to use pudding powder or cotton candy. They are all sold in the supermarket. If you don't use pudding powder and marshmallows, the milk pudding may not solidify very well! !
