How to make cake:
1. Separate the egg white and egg yolk first. ?

5. Add butter to egg yolks and mix well. ?

7. Slowly sift about half (about 200g) of the self-raising flour into the egg liquid through a sieve, and stir evenly to form a batter. If you don’t have a sieve, just like me, add the self-raising flour directly, but stir constantly to prevent small dough clumps from forming.
