In order to choose high sweetness pitaya, we need to observe:
1, color: the color of its epidermis, the brighter the epidermis color, the higher the maturity of pitaya, the brighter the green tip on the epidermis, and the fresher the pitaya;
2. Weight: When the size of pitaya is the same, we weigh it and choose the heaviest pitaya, so the flesh is full, juicy and sweet;
3. Maturity: Press the skin of pitaya by hand. If the skin is hard, it is immature, especially soft, it is ripe, and the pitaya with moderate hardness is the best.

The sugar content of pitaya is relatively high, and the sugar content of pitaya is above 14%, which belongs to one of the fruits with relatively high sugar content, but it has high nutritional value.
