1. Wash the pork and cut it into small pieces. Chop onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Put oil in a pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and stir-fry for flavor. Add the meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, vinegar and stir-fry well.
