There are 5 types of sea-cured fish.

2. The most obvious difference between white bream and black sea bream is that there is no black vertical band on the side of the body, and it is silver-gray.
3. Yellowfin seabream is also called yellow-legged, yellow-winged, a small part of the dorsal fin, anal fin and the edge of the caudal fin are gray-black, and most of the pelvic fin, anal fin and the lower leaf of the caudal fin are yellow.
4. Red sea bream, commonly known as Garra, Garji fish, and red Garji, has a bright red body color and its meat contains a large amount of protein.
5. South Sea black snapper, commonly known as cow dung bream, is dark gray or black above the abdomen, and has a short and wide body.
