Main ingredients: 1 duck side leg, soaked dried bamboo shoots 100g

Steps
1. Dried bamboo shoots soaked for 5-6 hours in advance, ready for all the ingredients.
2. Wash and blanch duck meat in cold water in a pot.
3. Add the right amount of hot water to the soup pot, and then add green onions and ginger, peppercorns, sesame leaves.
4. Add white wine.
5. Add duck meat.
6. Add dried bamboo shoots.
7. Boil on high heat, cover and simmer with small guys.
8. Boil until 1 hour old, add salt.
9. Add pepper to taste.

Tips
You can also use the whole duck to make soup, my family is less so only use the duck side legs.
Dried bamboo shoots should be soaked in advance, can be blanched in boiling water in soup, the taste will be better.
