Ingredients: pork, cucumber, onion, noodles, cooking wine, starch, black pepper, soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce and sugar.
Exercise:
1. Shred pork, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of starch and a little black pepper to marinate 10 minute.
2. After the noodles are cooked, remove them with cold water.
3. Stir-fry shredded pork in oil, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and a little sugar and stir well.
4. Add half a bowl of boiling water and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
5. Rub shredded cucumber on the noodles and mix well to serve.
