Goose can be stewed with carrots, potatoes, monkey mushrooms, bok choy, and with many other dishes, as long as they are earthy geese, all of which can be stewed exceptionally well.
Here is one way to braise goose.
Raw materials: goose, ham, fresh asparagus, monkey head mushrooms, cockle mushrooms, bok choy, ginger
Seasoning: salt, yellow wine
Steps:
1. kill the goose cleaned, blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, rinse the blood out of the end of the boil with tap water.
2. Add water to the pot, add ginger pieces, when the water boils, put the goose, ham, bamboo shoots in it, add yellow wine after the fire is hot, turn the fire to simmer for about an hour.
3. Wash the monkey head mushrooms and chicken leg mushrooms, cut large pieces, put them into the pot, add the right amount of salt, cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the fire.
4. Wash the bok choy and scald it in a separate pot of boiling water, put it into the cooked goose soup .
5. Cook the bok choy for another 5-10 minutes. The flavor is fresh and especially delicious.
