Home made chicken stew?
Stewed chicken is one of my mom's specialties, with a special flavor that no restaurant can make. Today the recipe is edited into a recipe, just follow it and you will have the most delicious home made chicken stew.
Ingredients ?
Chicken
Scallion, ginger, pepper moderate
Garlic 6 to 8 cloves
Peanut oil a little
Salt moderate
Lao Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Maintaining Wine 1 tablespoon
Meiji Fresh Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons

Chicken chopped and washed and set aside. (I usually wash it a few more times without blanching, or blanch it if you like to.)

Tips
1, don't add the salt too early, otherwise the chicken will become firewood not delicious.
2, as long as the recipe in the seasoning is enough, do not add star anise and other seasonings, will cover the chicken itself flavor.
3, the secret ingredient is garlic, don't forget to add it.
