Prepare all materials and weigh them.
Put all the ingredients except yeast powder into the bread container.
Yeast powder is put in its own special tank.
Bread Machine Settings: Dough → Raisins → None → Start.
After about 1 hour, it will beep → press cancel → take out the dough quickly! * Note 1. If the dough is put in a bread container and not taken out, it will continue to ferment. * Note 2. If the mixing ratio of dough is different from the examples in the manual, fermentation may be slow.
Divide the dough into about 40g * 12 pieces → Knead into a circle → Ferment for about 15 minutes.
After finishing, it becomes olive-shaped → spraying water → fermenting dough, which is about twice as large as before fermentation (about 40~60 minutes).
Bake in a preheated oven, firing 190 degrees/turning off 190 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
