2. High-sugar-tolerant yeast
This high-sugar-tolerant and highly active yeast has a sugar tolerance of 30, so it is usually used to make bread, sweet toast, etc. Food, high-sugar-tolerant yeast has the characteristics of ordinary yeast, which means that high-sugar-tolerant yeast can be used to make steamed buns, rolls and other dough-making foods.
In my personal opinion, it is usually more convenient to use high-sugar-tolerant yeast, because when using an automatic bread machine to make bread, other auxiliary ingredients can be added before the flour is fermented. In this way, the effect of using ordinary yeast is not as good as using high-sugar-tolerant yeast. Fermentation, but high sugar tolerance yeast is slightly more expensive. Of course, making steamed buns does not necessarily require the fermentation raw material formula provided by the "bread machine".
