1. Jingzhou fish cake
Jingzhou fish cake is a specialty of Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, and a national geographical indication product of China.
Jingzhou has been rich in fish since ancient times. Fish cake is one of the eight famous dishes in Jingzhou and has a long history. It is said that it was created by Yuying, the concubine of Emperor Shun. It was widely spread in Jingchu area and became the first dish in the Chu palace during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. This dish was still a court dish until the Qing Dynasty. It is said that after tasting Jingzhou Flower Cake, Emperor Qianlong blurted out: "Eat fish but don't see fish, but you can't eat lily cake."
2. Jingzhou sweet and sour garlic
Sweet and sour garlic, formerly known as "sugar garlic", is one of the local famous products in Shashi, Hubei Province, and enjoys the reputation of "the best pickle in Jingzhou" . The product is white and slightly yellow, crystal clear, with conical particles of uniform size, sweet and sour taste, slightly salty, crisp texture and unique aroma.
3. Lead-free pine flower preserved eggs
Lead-free pine flower preserved eggs are a traditional specialty of Jiangling. Jiangling has a history of producing preserved eggs for more than 100 years. In the first year of Xuantong (1909 AD), Cao Shi The Songhua eggs of Qiu Hucheng Egg Village are famous both inside and outside the province.

5. Jingzhou Embroidery

The silk fabrics unearthed from the Chu Tomb of the Warring States Period in Mashan No. 1, known as the "Treasure House of Silk", are the earliest and most complete extant embroidery crafts in China and even in the world. After the Qin and Han Dynasties, the embroidery tradition of the Chu State was inherited, and the needle techniques developed into straight needles, spread needles, braided needles and other types, and the blending of color threads and inlays became more mature.
