Restrictive policy

1. Since June 2008 10, party and government organs at all levels in this city have sealed up 30% of official vehicles. Official vehicles of central state organs, party and government organs at all levels, social organizations, institutions and state-owned enterprises affiliated to the central government and this Municipality are suspended for one day per week according to the tail number of the license plate (except legal holidays and public holidays), and traffic restrictions in Beijing are stipulated as roads within the administrative area of this Municipality from 0: 00 to 24: 00.

2. According to Beijing's vehicle restriction regulations, from June 65438+1October 65438+1October 2008 to April 65438+1October 2009, except for the motor vehicles within the above-mentioned Article 1, other motor vehicles (including those from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities that have applied for urban long-term passes). Motor vehicles that stop driving are reduced by 1 month road maintenance fee and vehicle and vessel tax.

3.
