Turning white grass is a perennial herb, 15-30 centimeters high, the root is more branched, the lower end of the fat, spindle-shaped. Stem rising outwardly inclined, multi-branched, the surface with white curly downy hairs. Stem leaves are clustered, simple pinnately compound, leaflets 5-9, stem leaves are small, ternate compound, slightly pilose above, densely white woolly hairy below, flowers yellow.
Harvested in early summer, March-April seedlings out of the soil, with the roots grated out, sun-dried.
