After turning off the heat, stir-fry a few more times because the bottom of the pot is still warm at this time. If you don't stir-fry, it will easily burn.

Step 10: After the fried jujube paste has cooled, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and use it when making mooncakes or other snacks.

The most tiring part of making jujube paste at home is stir-frying, and it also takes a long time, about 40-60 minutes. It depends on how much moisture there is in the jujube paste. If there is more moisture, you will naturally need to stir-fry more. a while.
