Ingredients:
Holland Beans, Enoki Mushrooms, Red Bell Pepper, Ginger, Salt, Oil, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce
Methods:
1. Wash and wash Dutch Beans, remove the tendons and cut them into julienne strips. Golden mushroom cut off the root and wash. Red pepper cut into julienne. Ginger cut into julienne.
2. Boil the enoki mushrooms in a pot of boiling water, drain.
