Meat, rice noodles, green onion, ginger, chicken essence, brown sugar, salt, soy sauce
Practice
1. Cut the meat into cubes, cut the green onion into segments, and slice the ginger into small pieces.
2. Place the meat in a frying pan and stir-fry until the surface is browned and oily.
3. Under the ginger slightly fried, and then sequentially under the soy sauce, green onions, salt, brown sugar, and then put the rice noodles, add water (the amount of water depends on the amount of rice noodles, it is desirable to dilute some of the rice noodles are very water-absorbing).
4. Mixed (fried) raw materials into a large bowl, into the pressure cooker steam. Steam for about 30~40 minutes.
Tips
Because the pork in the north is not as flavorful as the pork at home, I stir-fried the meat first so that I could remove the fishy smell. At home, we mix all the ingredients and steam them directly in the pot, which is much more flavorful than what we do here.
