"Stop the car and sit in the maple forest late, the frost leaves are redder than February flowers." Maple leaves are red all over the hillside in late fall, which is a rare scene. We will use the brush to draw a leaf of red maple today.
Steps:
As shown in the picture, we first draw the edge of the maple leaf on the paper. The edge of the leaf is partially jagged.
As shown in step 1 of the image, we utilize the jagged `edge` to complete the painting of the entire maple leaf. The end of the leaf is rather sharp.
Start drawing the veins in the drawn maple leaf towards the petiole.
Draw branch veins from the main vein to the sides. The branch veins are symmetrical.
At the bottom of the drawn maple leaf, we draw the petiole part of the leaf. Note that the lines of the petiole are thicker and the color should be the same as the color of the leaf.
The finished leaf we paint the same color as the vein section completed in step 5. This leaf is painted green.
