The bovine heart tube (bovine yellow throat) is the aortic vessel of the bovine heart.
Yellow throat is a food in hot pot, from the large blood vessels of domestic animals such as pigs and cows, usually the aorta, also known as the heart tube, often misunderstood as the esophagus or trachea, and is divided into hairy yellow throat and fresh yellow throat in hot pot dishes, and an important feature in hot pots is crispness.
In hot pot shabu-shabu dishes, beef yellow throats are thicker and have a better texture than pork yellow throats. However, beef yellow throat is more troublesome to handle, and if it is not handled well, the texture is very soft and chewy.
Hotpot eating
Think about the following points when you're shabu-shabu: control the amount of meat, have plenty of vegetables, change the staple food, and don't drink beverages. When shabu-shabu, try to choose lean meat, skinless chicken and duck, or fish and shrimp. If you eat foods like phylloxera and yellow throats, they should also be counted as part of your daily meat intake.
Vegetables such as corns, artemisia stalks, spinach, lettuce and other dark leafy vegetables should be chosen, and shabu-shabu should be cooked for as little time as possible to maximize the retention of nutrients in the vegetables. Also, if you are cooking in a frying pan, swish the cooked vegetables in the water and remove the floating oil on the outside before eating. Also don't use too much hot pot dipping sauce with your vegetables; under-consumption of nutrients but over-consumption of energy.
