Main ingredients: 300g fresh day lily, 15g dried sandworm.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, 200ml of clear chicken soup, 2g of ginger slices, 1g of sugar, 5ml of cooking wine.
How to roll dried sandworms into day lilies
1. This is a sample of dried sandworm soup.
2. Prepare the soup. First soak the dry sandworms in clean water for 20 minutes until soft, change the water twice during the process, and thoroughly remove the fine sand settled at the bottom of the container.
3. Then use a small sharp knife to cut open the soaked dried sandworms as shown in the picture, then rinse the fine sand with clean water, drain the water and set aside.
4. Remove the stalks from the fresh daylilies, clean them, drain them and set aside.
5. Boil water in a pot over high heat. The amount of water should be more. After boiling, boil the daylily in water for 1 minute, then quickly remove it and cool it.
6. Drain the daylily thoroughly and set aside.
7. Heat the pot over high heat for 6 minutes, add a little peanut oil and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.
8. Add the dried sandworms and stir-fry for a few times. Splash in the cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.
9. Serve clear chicken soup.
10. Add another 1.5 pounds of boiling water and bring to a boil.
11. Boil the daylily again after adding a little water, season with salt and sugar, and then take it out of the pot.
12. Take out the pot and put it into a bowl, arrange it a little and it’s ready.
