1, mushroom house: Agaricus bisporus needs to be planted in an area with high terrain, convenient drainage and clean and open surrounding environment.
2. Culture material: mix rice straw, dried cow dung, ammonium bicarbonate, calcium superphosphate, gypsum powder and lime evenly, then put them in a mushroom house after disinfection, and control the humidity at about 65%.
3. Planting: Inoculate the mycelium of Agaricus bisporus in the culture medium, and then control the temperature of the mushroom room at about 25℃.
The water needed for the growth of Agaricus bisporus comes from the culture medium, covering soil layer and space, and the suitable water content of the culture medium is 60%~65%. If the water content exceeds 75% in batch fermentation, Agaricus bisporus will grow poorly. The suitable growth temperature of Agaricus bisporus is 22~26℃. When the temperature exceeds 26℃, the mycelium grows rapidly, but the mycelium is sparse, and the temperature exceeds 28℃.
The growth rate of mycelium began to slow down, and it slowed down obviously at 33℃, or even stopped growing. Agaricus bisporus does not need light in the process of growth and development, and can grow and develop normally in a completely dark environment. In an environment with strong light or direct light, the color of the fruiting body turns yellow, the stipe is elongated and bent, and the cap is crooked.
Agaricus bisporus
Agaricus bisporus (white mushroom, foreign mushroom) is a kind of mushroom cultivated and consumed all over the world, which is widely distributed in the whole northern temperate zone. Its fruiting body is medium-large, hemispherical at the beginning, flat at the back, white, slightly dry and gradually yellow, and the edge is initially rolled in. The pleats are pink at first, then brown to dark brown, and they are not equal in length. The stipe is 3-6cm long, thick 1-2cm, nearly cylindrical, and soft or solid inside.
