Wheat flour 150g Lard 20g Salt suitable amount Vegetable oil a small amount
Homemade Spring Roll Skin Steps
1.? Put the flour, lard and 2g salt into a pot, start with boiling water and about 2/3 of the flour, adding water in stages. (Never pour hot water at once).
2.? This is boiling water and make snowflake-like noodles, after that use cool water and noodles.
