2. Cut some ginger slices and put them in the gaps cut before. You can also slice garlic if you like it.
Pour some soy sauce on the fish to see if your taste is heavy or light. It's best to buy soy sauce specially for steaming fish. It will taste fresher than soy sauce.
4. Now put some shredded or sliced ginger on the fish.
