1 Rinse the sea cucumber with water, put it in a covered lunch box, put it in purified water, and put it in the refrigerator for three or four days, and change the water once a day.
2. After soaking for three or four days, the sea cucumber is soft, and the small hole in the middle is opened to remove the sand from the head.
3. Cut the white tendons in the belly of the sea cucumber a few times with a knife. Don't cut them, so that the made sea cucumber will be bigger.
4. Cook in an oil-free pot for 30 minutes, simmer until it is cold, and then remove it and wash it.
5. After cooking, the sea cucumber will continue to be soaked in pure water in the cold room and can be eaten in two or three days.
