2. Mushrooms cleaned and sliced, celery leaves and roots cleaned and cut into strips.
3. Add a little oil to the pan and add the mushrooms.
4. Stir fry for a few moments to add salt, cooking wine and oil, stir fry the water to simmer for a while.
5. Add celery and stir-fry, do not add water.
6. Stir-fry until the celery becomes soft.
7. Fill pots.
