① Soak the sea cucumber in pure water 12~24 hours, and change the water every eight hours.
(2) Wash and remove the sand mouth, put the sea cucumber into an oil-free pan and add water (purified water) to cook slowly 15~20 minutes. After the water is cold, change the water and cook until there are no lumps (fingers can pinch through).
(3) Soak the cooked sea cucumber in purified water for 3 days, and change the water 2-3 times before eating (put it in the refrigerator in summer).
