After solar energy dries the seawater, it produces crystalline sea salt. After 600 million years of geological extrusion and underground high temperature, underground minerals and sea salt are combined to form salt fossils-mineral salts. Mineral salt can be said to have no pollution, and it is the cleanest and greenest of the three kinds of salt (mineral salt, sea salt and table salt). Mineral salt is a kind of natural salt with rich nutrition and an important raw material for convenient food processing and seasoning.

Mineral salt production process

Method of making mineral salt: salt is sun-dried in seawater or boiled in well water or salt lake to precipitate salt crystals. The salt made in this way contains more impurities, which is called crude salt. Crude salt can be dissolved, precipitated, filtered and evaporated to produce refined salt.

Producing crude salt by solarization has the advantages of energy saving and low cost. However, due to the influence of geography and climate, it is impossible to build salt pans on all coastal beaches and to solarize salt in all seasons. However, in the northern saltworks of our country, only from March to 1 1 month is the season of drying salt. If the sunshine lasts for a long time and the evaporation is large, the salt yield will be high, and vice versa. The process of producing crude salt by solarization is generally divided into four processes: absorbing moisture, making brine, crystallizing and collecting salt.
