Yellow clay alias mochi, is a famous snack in Wenzhou. Mochi is Zhejiang Province, Fujian Minnan region and Jiangxi Province and other places of a festival of traditional points, the snack is made from glutinous rice and other ingredients; there are many types, mochi diarrhea, mochi slippery, rice sieve flower, mochi fruit and so on, the finished product is as white as snow, as soft as silk, smooth and delicate, not sticky bowl, not nail teeth paste mouth, the old and the young, the eater has no contraindications.
