Dried Cowpeas Directions
Main Ingredients:
3 pounds of string beans
Seasonings:
1 teaspoon of salt, 1 pot of water
Methods:
1. Rinse the string beans a couple of times then soak them for 10 minutes, then rinse them well.
2. Boil a pot of water, put in the salt, then put the bean curd into the blanch for about two to three minutes until the color becomes very green, fish out and immediately soak in cool water.
3. After hanging in the sun to dry (the sun is good, about 2 days to dry) can be divided into bundles to dry storage. Every one or two months can be taken out to dry some (can be sunshine 200g or so).
