Ingredients: 2 green peppers, 4 millet peppers, minced garlic, 2 tbsps of soy sauce, light soy sauce 1 tbsps, oyster sauce 1 tbsps, starch 1 tbsps, salt 1 tbsps and chicken essence 1 tbsps.
Steps:
1. Dice eggplant and marinate with salt for ten minutes.
2. Prepare juice: two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of starch and half a bowl of water, and stir well.
