I'm looking for an old Taiwanese movie about a fat woman who runs a kiosk in the mountains and then goes abroad to look for her daughter.

It's very similar to "Stars in the Daytime" (released in 2012)

The story is about Auntie A-Fei, a woman who owns a grocery store in a mountainous area, who

always treats the local aboriginal children to tea eggs for free in order to make sure that they have enough to eat.

Midori, a letter carrier, always hangs out at Auntie Amos' store, delivering mail and driving people up and down the mountain,

and a foreign man who comes to an abandoned church to reorganize it and teach Auntie Amos English at her request.

What is Aunt May's secret?

It turns out that when she was young, she got pregnant out of wedlock, but the boy ran away and she had to send her daughter to an orphanage.

The daughter was adopted by an American couple, so she wanted to learn English and

prayed and confessed to the American God to ask him to bless her daughter.

The conversation is overheard by Jimmy, and the daughter's reply is intercepted and read by Midori.

Together, they help Auntie Awan to travel to America to attend her daughter's wedding.
