Solution:
1, in the computer desktop, click to open "this computer".
2, in the tab interface, select the system disk where Windows 10 is installed (here is the system disk: C), click to enter the system disk.
3, in the system C disk to find "Windows.old" folder, you can right-click to view this folder 'properties', know the size of this file; this is the original system backup file, you can restore the previous system. Delete the "Windows.old" folder.
